Originally launched in beta on July 31, 2024, focused on Solana memecoin trading, the platform has since expanded to support Solana, Base, Ethereum, Tron, BNB Chain, and Arbitrum. BullX routes trades through Jupiter aggregator on Solana and offers features including limit orders, copy trading, wallet tracking, smart-money alerts, and a 'Pump Vision' real-time token scanner. The platform charges a 1% fee per swap with no subscription fee, plus standard network gas costs. According to data tracked by the 4irelabs analysis citing DefiLlama-sourced figures, BullX accumulated lifetime trading volume of approximately $12.4 billion and lifetime protocol fees of approximately $112 million as of early 2025. A product called BullX NEO succeeded the original beta, and a separate product BullX Turbo covers additional EVM chains. BullX also ran a multi-phase airdrop program with points accrual tied to trading volume, with a planned TGE for a native $BULLX token; as of mid-2026, that token generation event has not publicly occurred.","heading":"Platform Overview","severity":"low","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"How to Build a Memecoin Trading Platform Like BullX — 4IRE Labs","type":"research","url":"https://4irelabs.com/articles/memecoin-trading-platform-bullx/"},{"credibility":1,"name":"BullX NEO Official Website","type":"official","url":"https://neo.bullx.io/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"BullX on Solana — Solana Compass","type":"research","url":"https://solanacompass.com/projects/bullx"},{"credibility":1,"name":"BullX Fees & Revenue — DefiLlama","type":"on_chain","url":"https://defillama.com/protocol/fees/bullx"}]},{"content":"BullX's operational team is pseudonymous. The Terms of Use provide no information about other team members or advisors. The combination of a pseudonymous CEO, anonymous core team, and offshore Panama jurisdiction creates material opacity. No named security auditors, legal counsel, or third-party compliance entities are identified in official documentation. The platform's GitHub presence (bullx/bullx.github.io) is minimal and does not include source code for the trading engine. The Terms cap total liability to users at USD $100 regardless of losses incurred. The documentation warns that BullX will provide private keys to the user only once and cannot recover them. Users are encouraged to import private keys into standard wallets such as Phantom or Solflare to retain independent access to funds. However, when users generate or import a wallet within the BullX web interface or Telegram bot, the private key is transmitted through BullX's infrastructure at least once before being displayed to the user — a period of potential exposure. No published third-party security audit of BullX's key handling, server-side storage, or smart contract infrastructure has been identified in available sources. The platform is closed-source, meaning the key management architecture cannot be independently verified. The post reached approximately 300,000 readers. Separately, BullX had not posted anything on its official @bullx_io X account since February 9, 2025 — a silence of approximately two months at the time of the allegations. Metrics published by BlockBeats cited a collapse in BullX's registered active user base from approximately 1.4 million peak users to roughly 300, and daily transaction fee revenue declining from $250,000 to approximately $8,000. BullX's Discord server remained active with moderators responding within minutes and trading dashboards showed tens of millions of dollars in continued activity, leading Protos — which investigated the claims — to be 'unable to verify any allegations of BullX's underpayment of influencers for their customer referrals.' CEO Blitz responded to the viral tweet on X. The official BullX team stated via Discord that it 'provides services almost 24/7' and released a platform update the day after the allegations emerged. A separate X account user (@CryptoNewton) publicly alleged that 'the airdrop was a straight-up bait' and that 'zero payouts' occurred, which is classified as a Tier 3 claim. Protos was unable to confirm or deny referral commission disputes from primary sources.","heading":"Exit Scam Allegations and Social Media Blackout (April 2025)","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":3,"name":"Nuotrix on X — original exit scam allegation","type":"social_media","url":"https://x.com/Nuotrix/status/1912884338233926021"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Solana-focused BullX still exists despite allegations it 'called it quits' — Protos","type":"news_article","url":"https://protos.com/solana-focused-bullx-still-exists-despite-allegations-it-called-it-quits/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"BullX Exchange Continues Operating Despite Viral Exit Scam Allegations — BitNewsBot","type":"news_article","url":"https://bitnewsbot.com/bullx-exchange-continues-operating-despite-viral-exit-scam-allegations/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"BullX Exit Scam or Market Competition? — BlockBeats","type":"news_article","url":"https://en.theblockbeats.news/news/57812"},{"credibility":3,"name":"@CryptoNewton on X — airdrop bait claim","type":"social_media","url":"https://x.com/CryptoNewton/status/1913289174049841256"}]},{"content":"BullX operated a multi-tier referral program offering affiliates 35% of all trading fee revenue generated by directly referred users, with secondary and tertiary tiers at 3.5% and 1% respectively. Multiple Trustpilot reviewers, reviewed as of 2025, alleged that after driving substantial user volumes, their affiliate accounts were restricted, their earnings balances were zeroed out, and referred clients were removed from their affiliate attribution without explanation. One complaint cited over 23,000 referred clients stripped from an affiliate's account without compensation. @Nuotrix separately cited affiliates who allegedly earned $10,000 per day having their referral links deleted, and others earning $2,000–$3,000 per day receiving less than displayed amounts. Trustpilot showed a rating of 1.6 out of 5 from 26 reviews as of mid-2025. BullX's own documentation acknowledges the impersonation risk by listing only the official bot address. Official documentation stated that points would convert to $BULLX on July 15 (2024), with the TGE following Phase 3 completion. The airdrop timeline was extended multiple times, including a 3-4 week delay attributed to adding TRON chain support. As of mid-2026, no official TGE has occurred for the platform-native $BULLX token. By mid-2026, competitor Axiom had captured an estimated 72% of the Solana terminal market, and BullX occupies a reduced share in a field also including GMGN, Photon, Trojan, Banana Gun, Maestro, and Padre. According to a March 2026 comparative review by CoinCodeCap, BullX, Photon, and Trojan each charge approximately 1% or below per trade. An 18-month comparative test published by crypto-reporter.com showed BullX finishing slightly negative on net P&L from 184 test trades versus Trojan (flat, 198 trades) and Banana Gun (positive, 211 trades). Trojan received the 'strongest safety nod' in the same comparison due to ongoing audits and a non-custodial flow. Verify offline (run on your own machine)
    python -m src.verify_decision 60fe12e6-1485-42ed-9040-7c807039b381
How verification works. The “Row integrity” check above is computed in your browser — your machine recomputes the SHA-256 of the canonical bytes and compares against the stored hash. No avoid.net server can fake that check. The “full verify” link goes one level deeper: your browser fetches the on-chain transaction from a Solana RPC node and confirms the same hash is in the memo. If you don’t want to trust either avoid.net or the public RPC, run the CLI verifier on your own machine — python -m src.verify_decision <event_id>.
