Fact-check findings
What an automated fact-checker found when it re-read Seedify against the sources the page cites. Only the most recent review is shown.
These findings are produced by an automated reviewer, and its results vary between runs: the same page, checked three times on the same day, came back with 15%, 20% and 34% of its claims disputed, mostly because each run extracted a different number of claims. Treat what follows as leads, not rulings.
“Disputed” means the reviewer could not reconcile the claim with the evidence it cited. It does not mean the claim is false. “Unverifiable” means no reachable source settled it either way.
Nothing here changes the page on its own. A proposed correction is applied only after a human moderator approves it; until then the page reads as it did when reviewed.
disputed
4 claimsThe reviewer could not reconcile the claim with the evidence it cited. This is a lead, not a ruling that the claim is false.
- #1[disputed][awaiting moderator]in the timeline
“2021-11-29”
reviewerSFUND hit its all-time high on 2021-11-29 at about $17.67The page is internally inconsistent: the timeline says 2021-11-29, section 3 says December 1, 2021, and the summary says November 2021. The cited CoinLore page gives December 2021 and $17.16, not $17.67.Proposed correction (not yet applied)2021-12 - #2[disputed][awaiting moderator]in section: SFUND Token Price Collapse and Investor Losses
“By December 1, 2021, it reached an all-time high of approximately $17.67 according to CoinLore”
reviewerATH price was approximately $17.67 per CoinLoreThe attributed source gives $17.16, not $17.67.Proposed correction (not yet applied)In December 2021, it reached an all-time high of approximately $17.16 according to CoinLore - #3[disputed][awaiting moderator]in section: SFUND Token Price Collapse and Investor Losses
“By January 13, 2026, SFUND reached an all-time low of approximately $0.089.”
reviewerSFUND reached an all-time low of about $0.089 on January 13, 2026The price is now about $0.0015, far below $0.089, so $0.089 cannot be the ATL. The post-migration price is the likely cause. I could not settle the correct ATL from a reliable source, so no replacement text is proposed. - #8[disputed][awaiting moderator]in the timeline
“2025-10-10”
reviewerPhoenix Raise launched around October 10, 2025The cited source says October 9. The date was hedged as approximate in section 4 but is stated flatly in the timeline.Proposed correction (not yet applied)2025-10-09
unverifiable
3 claimsNo source the reviewer could reach confirms or contradicts the claim.
- #7[unverifiable][awaiting moderator]in section: ZachXBT Involvement and On-Chain Forensics
“Seedify's team publicly thanked ZachXBT for connecting them with ZeroShadow — another blockchain security firm — to help reconstruct the attack vector and identify the perpetrators.”
reviewerSeedify's team publicly thanked ZachXBT for connecting them with ZeroShadowZeroShadow was not found in two sources that cover the incident. I did not fetch the gam3s.gg article. The bounty claim itself is supported (Brave New Coin). - #12[unverifiable][awaiting moderator]in section: Impersonation Scams and Phishing Activity
“Scam Detector's automated validator assigned seedify.fund a trust score of 3.4 out of 100”
reviewerScam Detector assigned seedify.fund a trust score of 3.4 out of 100I did not fetch this page within the scope of this review. The claim is hedged on the page and the source is not archived. - #13[unverifiable][awaiting moderator]in section: Security Practices and Infrastructure Risk
“https://www.okx.com/en-us/learn/seedify-hack-crypto-exploit”
reviewerThe OKX source for the security practices section is availableThe Wayback archive recorded not-found. I did not fetch the URL myself, so this is not scored and I recommend a human check. The section's claim of "likely absence of hardware security modules (HSMs) or multi-signature controls" is speculation not found in the sources I read.
partially supported
4 claimsThe cited evidence supports part of the claim but not all of it.
- #4[partially supported][awaiting moderator]in section: September 2025 Bridge Exploit and DPRK Attribution
“The SFUND token experienced a decline of approximately 80% within hours of the exploit announcement, with some sources reporting a brief intraday drop of approximately 99% before partial recovery.”
reviewerSFUND collapsed approximately 80% within hours of the exploitThe 99% intraday figure is supported (Brave New Coin). The 80% figure is not found, and Decrypt reports about 35% net after recovery. The summary's "collapse approximately 80-99%" overstates the net decline. - #9[partially supported][awaiting moderator]in section: Phoenix Raise Token Migration and Post-Hack Recovery
“The migration window was set to close on October 8, 2026.”
reviewerThe migration window closes on October 8, 2026, with a 1:1 ratio and a bonding curve of $0.26 to $0.40A one-year window is consistent with October 2026. The deadline has now passed (today is 2026-11-02), so the sentence reads as pending. The exact date was not verified. - #10[partially supported][awaiting moderator]in section: SFUND Token Price Collapse and Investor Losses
“SFUND launched in February 2021 at an initial price of approximately $0.40.”
reviewerSFUND launched February 2021 at about $0.40The $0.40 price matches, but CoinLore dates it to July 2021. Seedify's founding in February 2021 was not independently checked. - #11[partially supported][awaiting moderator]in section: SFUND Token Price Collapse and Investor Losses
“At time of writing, SFUND trades approximately 99.9% below its November 2021 all-time high.”
reviewerThe SFUND token declined by more than 99% from its ATH; it trades about 99.9% below itThe direction is right, and the actual decline is greater (about 99.99%). The ATH month is December 2021, not November.
confirmed
2 claimsThe cited evidence supports the claim as written.
- #5[confirmed][no action needed]in section: September 2025 Bridge Exploit and DPRK Attribution
“On September 23, 2025, Seedify's cross-chain SFUND bridge was exploited by an attacker who had obtained a developer's private key.”
reviewerExploit of about $1.2-1.7M on Sept 23, 2025 via a compromised developer key on an Avalanche OFT bridge, attributed to DPRK Contagious Interview; CZ said about $200K frozen at HTXThe core incident facts are well supported. Decrypt says the $200K freeze was HTX per CZ. Decrypt describes the funds as attributed to a DPRK-affiliated group by Seedify itself. - #6[confirmed][no action needed]in section: September 2025 Bridge Exploit and DPRK Attribution
“The breach directly affected an estimated 64,000 SFUND token holders on BNB Chain.”
reviewerApproximately 64,000 token holders affectedThe figure is supported. Web3 Is Going Great and Decrypt do not mention it.
