Audit log

Every state-changing event for BC.Game / Twocent Technology Ltd: moderation decisions on community submissions, plus corrections and updates from the news pipeline. URL-based decisions are designed to carry three independent witnesses — the original source, an Internet Archive snapshot, and a Solana memo signed by our publicly-disclosed publisher key. Archive coverage is still being backfilled, so each decision below reports its own snapshot status rather than assuming one exists.

The victims' advocacy foundation SBGOK filed bankruptcy petitions against both companies over unpaid player winnings, including a claim of roughly $1.48 million (€1.39 million) and a second of $680,000 (€639,820.72). On October 4, 2024, Curaçao's Court of First Instance rejected the petitions; SBGOK appealed, and on November 12, 2024 the Court of Appeal in Curaçao declared both Blockdance and Small House bankrupt. The court found Small House had failed to comply with Curaçao licensing requirements and noted an unpaid €5 million fine from Spanish authorities that Blockdance disputed. BC.Game publicly rejected the ruling, called it erroneous, said it had 'no issues with liquidity, financial standing or adhering to any of its existing contractual obligations,' alleged the claimant players had committed fraud, and said it would appeal.","heading":"Curaçao bankruptcy of operating companies","severity":"critical","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"Curaçao Chronicle: Curaçao court declares bankruptcy for Blockdance and Small House amidst unpaid player claims","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.curacaochronicle.com/post/main/curacao-court-declares-bankruptcy-for-blockdance-and-small-house-amidst-unpaid-player-claims"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Gaming Intelligence: BC.Game quits Curaçao after bankruptcy ruling","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.gamingintelligence.com/legal/207547-bc-game-quits-curacao-after-bankruptcy-ruling/"}]},{"content":"On December 5, 2024, BC.Game withdrew its Curaçao gaming license, citing what it called an 'increasingly hostile environment for operators,' and said the move would not affect its international operations. BC.Game's international site subsequently began listing a license from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, held by Twocent Technology Ltd, a company the article reported had been registered in Belize in July 2024. The Anjouan license bars the operator from serving players in Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, the US, and FATF-blacklisted countries. The relocation followed an earlier Dutch regulatory order in October 2024 requiring BC.Game to withdraw from the Netherlands under threat of an €840,000 penalty.","heading":"License withdrawal and relocation to Twocent Technology Ltd (Anjouan)","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"Gaming Intelligence: BC.Game quits Curaçao after bankruptcy ruling","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.gamingintelligence.com/legal/207547-bc-game-quits-curacao-after-bankruptcy-ruling/"}]},{"content":"Investigative outlet Josimar reported in June 2025 that the Belize Financial Services Commission told a player who had been locked out of their BC.Game account that it was 'unable to find any company called Twocent Technology Limited registered in the country.' Josimar also reported that a search of the OpenCorporates global company registry found no entity by that name in any jurisdiction, and that a website using the Twocent name listed no physical address, corporate details, or phone number, with an inquiry email going unanswered. These findings, reported by a single outlet via one regulator response to one individual's query and an independent registry search, have not been independently confirmed by a published Belize FSC statement, and BC.Game has not responded to the allegation in available reporting; this claim is treated as credible but not conclusively verified.","heading":"Questions over Twocent Technology Ltd's registered existence","severity":"critical","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"Josimar Football: Game over?","type":"news_article","url":"https://josimarfootball.com/2025/06/10/game-over/"}]},{"content":"Industry outlet NEXT.io reported, citing anonymous sources, that the Curaçao bankruptcy trustee, named as Barbara Nagelmakers, submitted paperwork seeking to reverse the November 2024 bankruptcy order against Blockdance and Small House, citing among other reasons a low likelihood of recovering the claims at issue. The same report said the bankruptcy trust lacked the funds to continue, and that SBGOK, the foundation that brought the original claim, was reportedly unable to supply further funding after its attorney raised potential governance concerns. If accurate, this would leave the prospects of recovery for affected players' claims against Blockdance and Small House unresolved. This reporting rests on anonymous sourcing and has not been corroborated by a published court filing or official statement, so it is treated as alleged and lower-confidence.","heading":"Trustee reportedly seeking to reverse bankruptcy order amid funding shortfall","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"NEXT.io reporting on BC.Game bankruptcy trustee (via search aggregation)","type":"news_article","url":"https://next.io/?p=136162"}]},{"content":"FinTelegram, a financial-crime watchdog outlet, has issued public warnings urging players to avoid BC.Game and linked sites, stating that operations moved to Twocent Technology Limited, a Belize-registered company holding a license from 'Anjouan Gaming,' and that the beneficial owners and key personnel behind the operation remain undisclosed. FinTelegram also reported that an Italian regulator blocked the BC.Game website. Separately, Sweden's gambling regulator Spelinspektionen issued a decision dated June 29, 2026 prohibiting Twocent Technology Limited from offering games to Swedish consumers without a license, after finding the company had been promoting its services through Swedish-language affiliate marketing; the regulator noted Twocent is registered in Belize and holds a gambling license issued in Anjouan, a jurisdiction that has faced broader scrutiny for licensing operators considered part of the unregulated 'grey market.'","heading":"Watchdog warnings and additional regulatory actions","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"FinTelegram: Urgent Warning: BC.Game, a High-Risk Crypto Casino Operator","type":"community_report","url":"https://fintelegram.com/urgent-warning-bc-game-a-high-risk-crypto-casino-operator/"},{"credibility":1,"name":"Spelinspektionen decision re: Twocent Technology Limited (prohibition order)","type":"regulatory","url":"https://www.spelinspektionen.se/globalassets/dokument/tillsynsbeslut/forbud/twocent-technology-limited-forbud-att-tillhandahall-spel-2026-06-29.pdf"}]},{"content":"BC.Game remained the principal shirt sponsor of English football club Leicester City through the end of the 2024-25 season despite the Curaçao bankruptcy ruling and subsequent licensing changes. Reporting noted that TGP Europe, the company holding the UK gambling license that enabled the sponsorship arrangement, exited the British market in May 2025 following a Gambling Commission investigation, and that BC.Game allegedly continued to accept UK customers after its UK-facing license was revoked. In February 2025 Britain's Gambling Commission warned football clubs generally about accepting sponsorship from operators without a valid UK license, without naming Leicester specifically. BC.Game withdrew its Curaçao license, denied any liquidity problems, and relicensed under Twocent Technology Ltd, a Belize-registered company holding a gambling license from the Comoros island of Anjouan; Belize's Financial Services Commission has reportedly told at least one player it could not find any company by that name in its registry, and no matching entity appears in the OpenCorporates global database. How verification works. The “Row integrity” check above is computed in your browser — your machine recomputes the SHA-256 of the canonical bytes and compares against the stored hash. No avoid.net server can fake that check. The “full verify” link goes one level deeper: your browser fetches the on-chain transaction from a Solana RPC node and confirms the same hash is in the memo. If you don’t want to trust either avoid.net or the public RPC, run the CLI verifier on your own machine — python -m src.verify_decision <event_id>.
