LASD deputy Christopher Cadman and an unnamed colleague hold a victim at gunpoint inside Iza's Bel Air mansion, coercing a $25,000 wire transfer to Iza.

September 2021

Cadman, at Iza's direction, organizes a traffic stop and arrest of the same victim in Paramount, California.

November 2021

Armed individuals, including former LASD personnel, allegedly attempt kidnapping and extortion of a victim identified as 'E.Z.' in court documents.

2022

LASD deputy Eric Saavedra falsely tells a judge that a victim's phone is associated with a firearms investigation to obtain a GPS tracking warrant; location data used to target victim.

July 2022

LASD deputy David Rodriguez fraudulently obtains a court-authorized GPS search warrant by falsely linking a victim to a robbery investigation; coordinates shared with Iza's associates.

25 August 2024

Six Florida men hired by Iza execute the kidnapping of Sushil and Radhika Chetal near Danbury High School, Connecticut. Sushil is beaten with a baseball bat; both are bound with duct tape. An off-duty FBI agent witnesses the attack. Four perpetrators arrested after a vehicle chase; two found at a rental property.

Adam Iza pleads guilty in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut to one count of conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery (Hobbs Act). Sentencing set for August 12, 2026. Federal prosecutors seek at least 14 years.
