Verify a decision
Every moderation decision on AVOID.NET is anchored to the Solana blockchain. You don't have to trust us — you can verify cryptographically that we committed to a verdict at a specific moment and have not rewritten it.
How verification works
- We commit. When a moderator accepts/rejects a submission, we serialize the decision into deterministic UTF-8 bytes (
payload_canonical_string), hash it with SHA-256, encode the digest as base58, and write it to Solana inside an SPL Memo v2 transaction. - We store the bytes. The exact bytes we hashed are stored alongside the decision in our database. Anyone can read them and recompute the hash in any language.
- You compare three values. Database hash, your independently-recomputed hash, and the hash inside the on-chain memo. If all three match, the decision is authentic and timestamped.
The on-chain memo format is
AVOID.NET|v1|h:<b58-sha256>|d:<id>|t:<iso>Find a signature on any investigation page's decision log, or run python -m src.verify_decision --signature <sig> for a CLI check.

According to Polish news outlet Onet, Kral has been charged with participation in large-scale fraud; prosecutors have not made a formal public announcement of individual charges as of the time of reporting. The investigation was opened under Polish Penal Code Articles 286, 294 (qualified fraud), and 299 (money laundering). Initial prosecutor estimates placed customer losses at no less than 350 million zloty (approximately $97 million), though by mid-2026, investigators reportedly revised the upper estimate to approximately 2.4 billion zloty (approximately $650 million). Prosecutors had received over 3,600 victim complaints by June 2026 and had questioned nearly 1,000 alleged victims. Investigators also secured more than 250 terabytes of server data. A separate allegation, made publicly by Prime Minister Donald Tusk in April 2026, claimed that Zondacrypto's financing was rooted in funds linked to the Tambovskaya Bratva, a Russian organized crime network, and to Russian security services. This allegation was attributed to Poland's Internal Security Agency (ABW) by the Gazeta Wyborcza newspaper. Recoveris identified 511 separate transfer transactions executed between December 18, 2025, and April 2, 2026, moving approximately $21 million worth of assets across 30 different cryptocurrencies and six blockchains to a single Kraken deposit address. Of that total, approximately $4.59 million was in Bitcoin. Analysts noted that monthly stablecoin outflows from Zondacrypto to the identified Kraken address moved in near-lockstep with the volume of user complaints on Zondacrypto's Telegram channel, with a reported correlation coefficient of 0.92. Kral attributed the inaccessibility to founder Sylwester Suszek, who he said held the sole private keys and who has been missing since March 10, 2022. Suszek disappeared after traveling to a meeting in Czeladz, Poland; his family subsequently received messages claiming he had been kidnapped and demanding Bitcoin for his release. A former associate, Marian Wszolek, was charged in connection with kidnapping and money laundering allegations related to Suszek's disappearance. Kral holds dual Polish-Israeli citizenship. Polish Deputy Interior Minister Czeslaw Mrozek publicly acknowledged that Poland has limited experience handling extradition requests of this kind. A legal analysis published by Kancelaria Skarbiec (a Polish law firm) challenges the widely held assumption that Israel categorically refuses to extradite its own nationals. That analysis notes that Israel's blanket prohibition on extraditing citizens was effectively abolished following reforms enacted after the 1997-1999 Sheinbein case, and that Israel's current extradition law assesses citizenship protection based on whether the individual was an Israeli national and resident at the time of the alleged offense — not merely at the time of the extradition request. The analysis argues Kral reportedly obtained Israeli citizenship while living in Monaco during the period in which the suspected offenses occurred, which could undermine the citizenship-based shield under current Israeli law. As of the date of this report, no formal extradition request from Poland to Israel has been confirmed in publicly available sources. The operative treaty framework would be the 1957 European Convention on Extradition. The extradition outcome remains unresolved.","heading":"Departure to Israel and Extradition Complications","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"Przemyslaw Kral Extradition from Israel — Legal Analysis","type":"other","url":"https://kancelaria-skarbiec.pl/en/israel-extradition/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Polish Crypto Exchange Zondacrypto CEO Flees to Israel as $97M Fraud Probe Deepens","type":"news_article","url":"https://news.bitcoin.com/zondacrypto-ceo-flees-israel-97-million-fraud-probe/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Zondacrypto CEO Reportedly in Israel as Poland Probes $97M Crypto Losses","type":"news_article","url":"https://financefeeds.com/zondacrypto-ceo-reportedly-in-israel-as-poland-probes-97m-crypto-losses/"}]},{"content":"As of mid-2026, multiple Polish outlets, including TVP Info and Onet, reported that Kral has been granted witness status and has been providing evidence to prosecutors since the spring. According to these reports, Kral retained prominent defense lawyers Jacek Dubois and Roman Giertych (a member of parliament for the governing Civic Coalition). Reports indicate Kral is seeking the status of a lesser crown witness, a Polish legal mechanism that can substantially reduce a defendant's sentence in exchange for providing investigators with information about others' involvement in the alleged crimes. Reports further suggest Kral's potential testimony could include documentation of financial transfers from Zondacrypto to Polish political figures, foundations, and right-wing institutions. However, a legal analysis by Kancelaria Skarbiec published skepticism about the published claims of cooperation, noting that the public disclosure of crown witness negotiations is operationally counterproductive and that independent confirmation of Kral's precise location remained elusive as of that publication date.
