Verify a decision
Every moderation decision on AVOID.NET is anchored to the Solana blockchain. You don't have to trust us — you can verify cryptographically that we committed to a verdict at a specific moment and have not rewritten it.
How verification works
- We commit. When a moderator accepts/rejects a submission, we serialize the decision into deterministic UTF-8 bytes (
payload_canonical_string), hash it with SHA-256, encode the digest as base58, and write it to Solana inside an SPL Memo v2 transaction. - We store the bytes. The exact bytes we hashed are stored alongside the decision in our database. Anyone can read them and recompute the hash in any language.
- You compare three values. Database hash, your independently-recomputed hash, and the hash inside the on-chain memo. If all three match, the decision is authentic and timestamped.
The on-chain memo format is

The core pitch was that Fuller operated proprietary AI-based high-frequency arbitrage trading bots that autonomously scanned multiple cryptocurrency exchanges to capture small price gaps and generate consistent profits. Fuller allegedly promised returns of 40% to 50% within 30 to 45 days, and told some investors they could earn guaranteed profits exceeding 100% in as little as 21 days. To add credibility to the pitch, Fuller allegedly made false representations that investor capital was protected by a Texas money-transmitter license, a surety bond, FDIC deposit insurance, and a professional liability insurance policy. According to the SEC complaint, these bots did not exist or did not function as described. The U.S. Trustee Program (USTP), Region 7, led by U.S. Trustee Kevin Epstein, filed an adversary complaint opposing discharge. The court found that Fuller had concealed extensive assets, falsified records, made false oaths in both personal and company bankruptcy filings, and falsified bankruptcy papers to obstruct the Chapter 7 trustee. Fuller failed to respond to the adversary complaint and a default judgment was entered against him. On August 1, 2025, the court issued a ruling denying Fuller a bankruptcy discharge on more than $12.5 million in unsecured debts. Critically, the DOJ noted that during the bankruptcy proceedings Fuller admitted to having operated Privvy Investments as a Ponzi scheme and to fabricating documentation to advance the scheme. U.S. Trustee Epstein stated: 'Fraudsters seeking to whitewash their schemes will not find sanctuary in bankruptcy.' Fuller remains fully liable for all debts and creditors may pursue direct collection efforts.","heading":"Bankruptcy Proceedings and Court Denial (2024–2025)","severity":"critical","sources":[{"credibility":1,"name":"DOJ Office of Public Affairs: Debtor Who Led Crypto Investment Scheme Denied Bankruptcy Discharge","type":"regulatory","url":"https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/debtor-who-led-crypto-investment-scheme-denied-bankruptcy-discharge"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Decrypt: US Trustee Calls Out 'Dishonest Debtor' in $12.5M Crypto Bankruptcy Case","type":"news_article","url":"https://decrypt.co/338920/us-trustee-dishonest-debtor-12-5m-crypto-bankruptcy-case"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Yahoo Finance: Texas crypto Ponzi operator denied $12.5M bankruptcy discharge","type":"news_article","url":"https://finance.yahoo.com/news/texas-crypto-ponzi-operator-denied-004704887.html"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Cryptopolitan: Privvy Investments customers win as court blocks $12.5M crypto Ponzi operator's escape","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.cryptopolitan.com/privvy-investments-court-blocks-escape/"}]},{"content":"Fuller operated the scheme through a single legal entity, Privvy Investments LLC, while also using two assumed business names: 'Privvy Investments' and 'Gateway Digital Investments.'
