Verify a decision

Every moderation decision on AVOID.NET is anchored to the Solana blockchain. You don't have to trust us — you can verify cryptographically that we committed to a verdict at a specific moment and have not rewritten it.

How verification works

  1. We commit. When a moderator accepts/rejects a submission, we serialize the decision into deterministic UTF-8 bytes (payload_canonical_string), hash it with SHA-256, encode the digest as base58, and write it to Solana inside an SPL Memo v2 transaction.
  2. We store the bytes. The exact bytes we hashed are stored alongside the decision in our database. Anyone can read them and recompute the hash in any language.
  3. You compare three values. Database hash, your independently-recomputed hash, and the hash inside the on-chain memo. If all three match, the decision is authentic and timestamped.
The on-chain memo format is AVOID.NET|v1|h:<b58-sha256>|d:<id>|t:<iso>

Find a signature on any investigation page's decision log, or run python -m src.verify_decision --signature <sig> for a CLI check.

The platform launched on Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum Orbit Layer 2, around the time that chain went live on July 1, 2026, and quickly became the network's primary launchpad, reportedly capturing approximately 75% of all token deployments on the chain and drawing 267,642 unique wallets. Two days later, on approximately July 13, 2026, the platform's website went offline, showing maintenance pages and 503 errors; the team attributed the outage to a third-party Cloudflare service failure and said user funds remained secure on-chain. By July 14, 2026, a stripped-down version of the site resurfaced carrying the message \"People loved the cat, it has been liberated,\" alongside an announcement that the platform would stop collecting trading fees entirely, redirecting 100% of transaction revenue to token creators, and would burn 40% of its own token supply. Traders and commentators on social media characterized the sudden halt and outage as a possible \"soft rug,\" and CASHCAT's price fell more than 33% within 24 hours of the initial announcement, alongside a broader decline in Robinhood Chain ecosystem token values. As a result, the project shifted to an ENS (Ethereum Name Service)-hosted interface as its primary accessible platform, a significant departure from standard web infrastructure that reduced transparency around who controlled the project's public-facing presence. Roughly a week later, on July 22, 2026, Noxa's official X account issued a statement, reported by Odaily and republished by Bitget News, denying that the project had been \"acquired\" or \"transferred,\" and denying any association with a \"new Launchpad\" or token using the same name — an apparent response to rumors circulating in the community following the outage and domain loss. The unusual and only partially explained sequence of domain loss, alleged registrar action, and public denials of acquisition contributes to uncertainty about who currently controls the Noxa brand and its various web properties.","heading":"Loss of Domain Control and Denied Acquisition Claims","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"Robinhood Launchpad Noxa states it no longer has control over its original domain name — Bitget News","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.bitget.com/news/detail/12560605509526"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Robinhood Launchpad Noxa Denies Acquisition or Transfer — Bitget News","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.bitget.com/news/detail/12560605531912"},{"credibility":2,"name":"NOXA Goes Dark After $12M in Fees, Exposing Robinhood Chain's Single Point of Failure — CryptoTimes","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.cryptotimes.io/2026/07/18/noxa-goes-dark-after-12m-in-fees-exposing-robinhood-chains-single-point-of-failure/"}]},{"content":"Independent analysis cited by crypto.news reported that a high proportion of tokens deployed through Noxa were \"obvious clones or scams\" or otherwise built to fail quickly, consistent with the bot-driven spam and copycat-token problems Noxa itself cited when halting new launches. Reporting also references a \"SCATMAN\" token launched in the platform's ecosystem, described as a honeypot that was used to hijack SpaceX- and Starlink-affiliated social media account credentials in order to defraud buyers; this is a serious allegation of fraud connected to the broader Noxa/Robinhood Chain memecoin environment, though available sources do not establish that Noxa's own team created or directly operated the SCATMAN token. Because the platform allowed largely permissionless, low-friction token creation (over 60,000 tokens deployed in roughly two weeks, with daily deployments peaking near 19,500), it functioned as fertile ground for scam and copycat tokens regardless of the core Noxa team's own conduct.","heading":"Scam and Low-Quality Token Concerns on the Platform","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"CASHCAT's $226M question as NOXA launchpad goes dark — crypto.news","type":"news_article","url":"https://crypto.news/cashcat-noxa-launchpad-outage-226-million-question/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"NOXA Goes Dark After $12M in Fees, Exposing Robinhood Chain's Single Point of Failure — CryptoTimes","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.cryptotimes.io/2026/07/18/noxa-goes-dark-after-12m-in-fees-exposing-robinhood-chains-single-point-of-failure/"}]},{"content":"In late July 2026, a newly created account branded \"@NoxaLaunchpad\" — distinct from the original @Noxa_Fi account — posted a teaser video around July 22, 2026, as the noxa.fi homepage switched to a \"Coming Soon\" page, reviving speculation about a platform relaunch. Reporting by CryptoAdventure noted that the new account promoted free token launches but published no team identities, technical documentation, or smart contract addresses, and provided no confirmed launch date. The article explicitly states that \"neither the website nor the teaser provides verifiable evidence connecting the new account to the operators behind the earlier Robinhood Chain launchpad,\" and notes that traders were divided over whether the relaunch represented the original developers or a separate party using the Noxa brand. A token associated with the teaser reportedly surged approximately 470% in 24 hours to a roughly $1.9 million fully diluted valuation, despite its official status being unconfirmed — a pattern consistent with speculative trading on unverified rebrand rumors. Separately, official-looking documentation now exists at docs.noxa.fi and a live launchpad interface at fun.noxa.fi, associated with the @Noxa_Fi handle, but available sources do not establish a clear, dated, verified chain of custody between the original mid-2026 Robinhood Chain launchpad, the July 22 teaser account, and any currently operating Noxa-branded website.","heading":"Unverified Rebrand and Relaunch Activity","severity":"high","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"Noxa Teaser Revives Robinhood Chain Launchpad Speculation — CryptoAdventure","type":"news_article","url":"https://cryptoadventure.com/noxa-teaser-revives-robinhood-chain-launchpad-speculation/"},{"credibility":1,"name":"NOXA Fun Overview (official documentation)","type":"official","url":"https://docs.noxa.fi/launchpad/overview/"}]},{"content":"Despite \"soft rug\" accusations from traders following the July 2026 outage, on-chain analysis cited by CryptoTimes found no evidence of fund extraction from Noxa's smart contracts: token liquidity remained permanently locked in Uniswap V3-style pools rather than being withdrawn, and creator fee claims continued to function normally after the platform's fee-collection was halted. The team's decision to redirect 100% of ongoing trading revenue to token creators and to burn 40% of its own token supply is also inconsistent with a straightforward value-extraction exit scam, though it does not resolve the separate concerns about anonymous team identity, loss of domain control, and the unverified nature of subsequent rebrand activity. Overall, the available evidence supports a reading of Noxa as a team that abruptly ceased operating a platform it could no longer manage under strain, rather than one that is confirmed to have stolen user or creator funds — but the combination of anonymity, infrastructure loss, and brand confusion still represents a substantial, well-documented risk profile for anyone interacting with tokens launched through the platform.","heading":"Mitigating On-Chain Evidence Against a Confirmed Exit Scam","severity":"medium","sources":[{"credibility":2,"name":"NOXA Goes Dark After $12M in Fees, Exposing Robinhood Chain's Single Point of Failure — CryptoTimes","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.cryptotimes.io/2026/07/18/noxa-goes-dark-after-12m-in-fees-exposing-robinhood-chains-single-point-of-failure/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"CASHCAT's $226M question as NOXA launchpad goes dark — crypto.news","type":"news_article","url":"https://crypto.news/cashcat-noxa-launchpad-outage-226-million-question/"}]}],"sources_used":[{"credibility":1,"name":"How Robinhood Chain's biggest launchpad made $12 million and disappeared — CoinDesk","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.coindesk.com/business/2026/07/15/the-launchpad-that-fueled-robinhood-chain-s-memecoin-boom-just-gave-away-all-its-revenue"},{"credibility":2,"name":"CASHCAT's $226M question as NOXA launchpad goes dark — crypto.news","type":"news_article","url":"https://crypto.news/cashcat-noxa-launchpad-outage-226-million-question/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"NOXA Goes Dark After $12M in Fees, Exposing Robinhood Chain's Single Point of Failure — CryptoTimes","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.cryptotimes.io/2026/07/18/noxa-goes-dark-after-12m-in-fees-exposing-robinhood-chains-single-point-of-failure/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Robinhood Launchpad Noxa states it no longer has control over its original domain name — Bitget News","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.bitget.com/news/detail/12560605509526"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Robinhood Launchpad Noxa Denies Acquisition or Transfer — Bitget News","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.bitget.com/news/detail/12560605531912"},{"credibility":2,"name":"NOXA suspends new token launch functionality — Bitget News","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.bitget.com/news/detail/12560605500571"},{"credibility":2,"name":"Noxa Teaser Revives Robinhood Chain Launchpad Speculation — CryptoAdventure","type":"news_article","url":"https://cryptoadventure.com/noxa-teaser-revives-robinhood-chain-launchpad-speculation/"},{"credibility":1,"name":"NOXA Fun Overview (official documentation)","type":"official","url":"https://docs.noxa.fi/launchpad/overview/"},{"credibility":2,"name":"NOXA Launchpad on Robinhood Chain Beats Pump.fun in 24 Hours — Bittime","type":"news_article","url":"https://www.bittime.com/en/blog/noxa-launchpad-robinhood-chain-kalahkan-pump-fun"}],"summary":"Noxa (also styled NOXA, NOXA Fun, or Noxa.fun/Noxa.fi) is a pump.fun-style memecoin token launchpad that became the dominant token-deployment platform on Robinhood Chain shortly after that network's July 2026 launch, generating an estimated $12 million in fees within about two weeks.
