EditedCorrected after a fact-check: Solana Labs and the Solana Foundation are no longer defendants in the Pump.fun class action (claims dismissed 31 August 2026, per news reports; the court order is still to be reviewed), and Jito was dropped in September 2025. Removed three details the fact-check could not find in their sources (the $986 million FTX sale total, a South Korean prosecution, and a sentencing request), and attached the SEC filings and Solana status feed behind the previous edit's new facts. Approved by the site owner; the trust score was not changed.

EditedReworded the sections on the Wormhole hack, Mango Markets, Pump.fun scams and FTX to make clear these were harm on or to Solana, not by it.
