A Temporary Restraining Order froze about $57.65 million in USDC across two Solana wallets tied to Kelsier. An amended complaint filed in late July 2025 (dated July 29 or July 30 in different accounts; filed by Omar Hurlock and Anuj Mehta) expanded the allegations to at least 15 token launches, and a further amended filing in October 2025 introduced previously unpublished Hayden Davis text messages and information from an anonymous whistleblower. On August 19, 2025, Judge Jennifer L. Rochon vacated the TRO and denied a preliminary injunction for lack of irreparable harm, finding money damages an adequate remedy and noting Davis had complied with court orders and no assets had been dissipated; this was a procedural ruling, not a ruling on the merits.
